Vision: Inspired communities.
Mission: Successfully offer a solution that ensures project success, while balancing the unique demands of both the local communities where a project is located, as well as the needs of a project proponent.
Value Statement: Through collaboration, the CIC strives to create a scenario in which all parties meet their collective goals.
Guiding Principles: The CIC believe in the principle of sharing their net profit (up to a maximum of 50% net profit, determined on a per-project basis) on completed projects with the related First Nations communities.

Services
Pre-Execution planning Support
With extensive experience working with industry, government, and First Nations communities, the CIC is well positioned to support a project team and develop a plan that will ensure mutually beneficial outcomes are realized for all parties involved.
Consultation Support
The CIC knows how and when to engage local First Nations communities that have interests in the land where a project is proposed.
Depending on project size, location, complexity and the local political environment, it is critical that consultation be executed utilizing a planned approach. A one size fits all approach cannot be utilized when dealing with communities and the CIC understands and can be a part of your team or lead a tailored approach to consultation.
The CIC has extensive experience in communicating, documenting and executing meaningful discussions regarding mitigation, as well as accommodation. We are able to build an atmosphere of trust which will ultimately lead to a win-win scenario.
BUSINESS/ACCOMMODATION PLANNING
The CIC understands that local First Nations communities desire meaningful involvement in the execution phase of a project. Again, this involvement is not uniform and requires sometimes extensive discussion with multiple levels of leadership within a community.
Every community has varying levels of capacity. The CIC understands the process required to determine capacity levels as well as the level of involvement desired by the local community. This information can be included in the plan which will position your project to satisfy the involvement requirement of the local First Nations groups.
Construction Management
This area of the CIC provides a unique solution to ensure local capacity is utilized as well as ensuring local leadership is happy with the level of involvement in a project. The CIC has extensive experience in the construction field and through strategic partnerships is able to ensure local communities are involved as desired. We value the concept of maximizing local involvement and leaving a benefit behind after the execution phase of a project is complete.
The CIC understands teaming, including strategic partnerships, the creation of Limited Partnerships, the use of Memorandum of Understands and other forms of collaboration tools which will ensure all parties a win-win outcome.
The CIC is able to create training projects, manage First Nations labour and equipment to ensure project deliverables are realized.
Post-Construction Review
The CIC understands that a project does not end after the final commissioning is complete. Follow up reviews, Post Completion reports, and final dialogue is required.
The CIC is able to finalize the project loop by ensuring communication occurs with impacted stakeholders. Closing the loop is critical to ensure the capital phase of a project creates an atmosphere which allows the operations and maintenance phase to proceed accordingly.
